Happy 21st Birthday to JL!!!

What a crazy Saturday...

Morning. Went to a school for a meeting. With my neighbourhood RC (Resident's Committee) for a upcoming event. Was halfway through, when my phone rang.

I looked at the number, and to my despair, it was from my boss. With a heavy heart, i press the "accept call" button with the greatest reluctant behaviour.

It's always not a good thing when your boss call you on a weekend.

And i am correct.

A production process had gone something wrong, and i was "arrowed" (actually, it's my responsibility) to go down to take a look, and to set things right.

After which, in the afternoon, went to HQ to help out in my zone BFA/AFA (Basic / Advance First Aid) examinations.

One and two and three and four and five and one and two and three and four and ten and one and two (pant, pant... ) How come in CPR, the counting is more "siong" than the compression??

And while the examinees (is there such a word?!?!) are busy trying to save a life, there are some who finds it boring enough to do this...

Peace to the world!!!

It's towards the end when i learn of a impromptu invitation to a friend's (JL) 21st birthday... Another 21st birthday, a year where by you can get the key to independance, and be totally responsible to yourself. The previous 21st birthday is CS, only a few days before.

Yep... It's a bit late, but Happy 21st Birthday to you, CS!!!

Back to the story. Quite a number of us went down. Members, officers from zone 3. "Macham" like a zone event like that...

Zone 3 ppl,

And more zone 3 ppl,

And yet more zone 3 people.... Looks endless huh??

And of course, not forgetting our very own special appearance from a special guest... (make a guess... who is he?? Nope, he's not the birthday boy...)

Har?? who is he??

It was crowded. Very crowded. Very very crowded. Be it in his house or his corridor.

Basically, we spend all our time at the void deck or at the corridor of his house. It was so crowded that we only got a chance to eat when almost everyone is squeezed tightly in his house to sing the birthday song and cutting the cake.

I couldn't find any nice angle to take pictures from outside his window.

And it's at the void deck, i saw an art by a budding artist.

Anyone professional in the arts care to comment?? Try to ignore the "shit" in the upper right habd corner of that picture.

And it's after the cake cutting when the "fun" begins. Basically, me make the basketball court below his block our home. The meaning "make yourself at home" really reflects on our behavious.

We are separated by a few groups.

1) The active ones. (who play basketball even in the darkness)

2) The "always-sit-around-in-circles-having-some-gossip-discussion-or-plain-talkingcock-session ones.

3) The always-munching one... Cannot let go of the delicious fried chicken wing!!! (just kidding)

4) The "wild" ones

Whom they did everything from this,

To this,

And this....

And finally, the (5) a very irritating photographer (no pictures, coz he is holding the camera) who keeps taking "unglam" pictures of the happenings and posting on a blog.

That is, eh em..... Me of course...

Haiz~~ The fun side of teenagers, which had slipped by me during my days. How i wish i can turn back the clock to my teenage past and let me have a great time... How time flies.

And finally, i am back to the office to take a peek at the operations process before heading back home to "hit the sack".

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU, JL!!! HOPE YOU LIKE THE PRESENTS WE GOT FOR YOU, AND ALL THE BEST IN YOUR UNI STUDIES!!!
