Read this in one of the Instructor's handbook. I find it interesting, useful and worthwhile for you to remember...
Learners remember 10% of what is read, 20% of what is heard, 30% of what is seen, 50% of what is heard and seen but 80% of what is heard, seen and done
So, when teaching, you must let your trainees read the notes, tell them about it, demostrate it and ask them to do it... this way, they will remember 90% of the thing.
What about the last 10%?
Is they think about it and ask questions.
