A day where we have to wake up super duper early in the morning, at a super funny hour that normally is the going home timing for those who went chong on the sat night, or rather early sunday morning.

And go to Changi in the wee hours in the morning...

Another tiring weekend... Not as tiring as the F1 weekend, though...

Sat. Finally can sleep late late... Woke up by a number of phone calls... Lazing around at home, doing some work, bua tahaning, till i gave a call to GL, and went to HQ early.

Evening. OTC POC 2008... Finally the OTC Trainees becoming officers.



The zone 3 family... Congrads to all the OTCs who have went through the long long course and now becoming officers.

And i did put them in a spot when i greeted them "Sirs and Madams".

HAHA...

It's fun...

Sunday early morning... NS HOME TEAM REAL RUN, Trial run. As what DC or R puts it, it's the fake real run...

Nothing much.. Only one incident, where someone on the bicycle did an E brake, front wheelie, and crash.







Nothing much.. slept the whole of sunday...

Activities last weekend (II)

Here's the continuation.

Sunday. F1 training. Went over to a road known to have lots narrow and lots sharp bends and turnings. It does not help when the park at the end has an event, and the normal 2 lane, 2 way road has to become 1 lane, 2 way road.

There's one time i have to drive through 2 cars, super narrowly, and i was able to do that only coz the ambulance mirror was higher than the car. Otherwise, the mirrors would have been gone.

Went back HQ in the afternoon...

To help out in the FA class.

And in the night, off we went to chinatown... For a duty.

On leave for these

No work today.. On leave...

But yet, no rest for me...

Morning till mid afternoon, went over to NUS for the community first aid for the Nursing Students. Enjoyed myself there. They are fast learners. Enjoyable to teach them.

And i thought i can go home rest (sleep lah) after that. Afterall, it's been a super hot day. (And i mean HOT!)

Not so... DC called and off i went to West Coast Park for a duty. DC called after i had parked my car somemore!


It's been donkey years since i went to West Coast Park. Super donkey years.

A park. Seaside. Sunny day. Lots activities. VKP around. Other models around. With all these situations, how could i not whipped out my trusty canon camera to take photos??

So, here are the photos. Enjoy!

Somehow, it ain't look peaceful... So, i decided to focus on 2 groups of models for my camera.

And they got some works going on, apparently to plant some trees... Using an excavator.

How i wish my army platoon got one of those excavators during our upcoming reservist In-Camp Training.

Definity will get recon 1 for our shellscrapes. No contest.

Hopefully the Chief of Army sees my post and spare a thought for us.
